You can enable auto send the invoice reminder to customers through email, SMS or mobile APP. There is a log for email sent, you can track records of auto-send email, including whether successful sent, sent date and email open date. If you send the reminder to the mobile app, customers could pay by the app, which supports credit card, apple pay and Alipay.
Sync timetable and invoice
After creating the invoice, the student name will display in the timetable. If you reschedule the lessons on timetable, the corresponding invoice will be automatically amended.Invoicing and timetable work together to guarantee the invoices are the same with timetable. Once the student paid by mobile app, his name on timetable will automatically turn to black to notify you the student has paid.
