When rescheduling for students, you can check which class have the same course content enough capacity in the SchoolTracs timetable first. Within one click, you can reschedule and students’ names will be displayed in the new timeslot with the original lesson date for easily tracing records.
Handling refunds or creating credit notes
Some students drop lessons, you may refund cash or create credit notes for future enrollment. If you create a refund, you can generate a receipt of the refund for the customer. If you create a credit note, the POS will save the credit note record for you to deduct the tuition fee of the next invoice easily.
