One-click to enrol a series of lessons
You can create a fee for different types of courses, including single lesson or multiple lessons. When you register a student, you can select a suitable fee. With one click, the system will automatically enrol a series of courses if you select a multiple lessons fee. The system will automatically calculate the package fee excludes holidays and enrolling coming courses.
Multiple payment options
SchoolTracs gives you the option to be flexible with payment options, including cash, cheque and bank transfer and any payment method your education centre supports. Partial or deferred payments are also possible.
POS streamline with the timetable
Once you issue an invoice for a student, the student will be scheduled in related courses in the timetable. It helps to skip a step to schedule a student in the timetable. If any courses are re-scheduled, the corresponding invoice will be updated automatically.
