Managing enrollment course capacity

To issue an invoice for the parent to settle payment, the POS calculates the course fee according to lesson dates and the skipped lesson in the calendar, whenever admin staff have enrolled the student in the course or rescheduled for the students. Then send the invoice to the parents’ email through SchoolTracs. Once you have received the parent’s payment, you can issue the receipt and mark which payment method of the payment, such as cash, cheque, online payment and so on. Also you can send the receipt to parents’ email through SchoolTracs directly. Invoice and receipt email templates are customizable with the corresponding students’ names and course description, saving manual input every time. Every staff working anywhere will be sending the invoice and the receipt in the same way.



Real-time enrollment and income report

Even working from home, the manager needs to monitor new enrollments handled by different admin staff.
