Students need to call or message you to take leave now, then you need to take time to rearrange lessons for them. Through SchoolTracs online store, they can check their outstanding lessons and reschedule by themselves now.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Students use mobile phones or email to sign in your online store, click ‘My Orders’, to view outstanding courses.

Step 2:

If they cannot attend class, click ‘Cancel’, to cancel the original schedule.

Step 3:

If they want to reschedule class, click ‘Add new lesson’, select a date to enroll. Once they confirm the reschedule, a confirmation email will be sent to them.
