Spot the unpaid student
For you to easily differentiate which student did not pay, the unpaid student’s name will show in red on the timetable. In the POS, you can view a list of outstanding payments, you can discuss with parents and students to clear the outstanding payment before enrolling in future courses. Once the student has paid, the name on the timetable will turn into black.
Tools to notify unpaid student
You can send payment reminders to a batch of contacts’ email address or through mobile APP. In mobile APP, parents can find which invoice has not been paid. Once they paid through the mobile APP, the receipt will be generated automatically. Meanwhile the student’s name will turn into black in the timetable.
Outstanding payment report
The automatic report will show you the total unpaid amount within a month, based on the report, you can predict monthly income, to calculate whether income can cover basic operating expenses. Besides, you can easily take a look at the receivables of multiple branches for you to take prompt action to those branches having large outstanding amounts.
