How does the 14-day trial work?

Once you register for a trial, you get access to all the features in SchoolTracs for 14 days, no credit card required

How can I pay for SchoolTracs?

Paying for SchoolTracs is straightforward – it's done via credit card. Once you've provided your credit card details, the subscription fee for the upcoming month will be automatically debited from your card at the end of the current month, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted access to SchoolTracs.

Is my data secure and private?

You access SchoolTracs through a secure and encrypted connection. All information you input are private, and will only be accessed, with your permission, by SchoolTracs technical support when answering your enquiry or data import. We do not share or sell any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes. See more about our privacy policy.

How to evaluate my number of active students?

The term "Active Students" refers to the head count of students making monthly payments. Upon initiating your use of SchoolTracs, we request an estimated figure, which will serve as the basis for our charges. Every month, we will re-evaluate this number based on the average of the past three complete months. For example, the fee for November will be based on the average head count for July, August, and September, as the invoice for November will be issued on 22nd October, at which point October is not yet a complete month. Any adjustments in fees, based on this evaluation, will be implemented for the subsequent month.

What happens at the end of my trial?

Should you wish to extend your engagement with SchoolTracs beyond the 14-day trial, please notify us. Upon confirmation, we will forward a formal contract for you to sign. Subsequent to this, we will liaise regarding data integration. Please be advised that, without a plan acquisition following the trial, your account will be deactivated, limiting further access.

Do I have to sign long-term contracts?

No, you don't. SchoolTracs service is "pay as you go". To terminate, one month notice prior to your termination date is fine.

Can I import my existing data?

You can upload and import your class fee, product fee, students and rooms in CSV directly to SchoolTracs during trial period.

Can SchoolTracs be used in multiple branches?

Our software was designed to work well for one school or education center but it shows true powers when you connect multiple branches to it. There are special tools dedicated for branches/franchise management.
